HOA, CC&Rs & club access.

Understand the obligations and privileges attached to the home you’re considering. Ask for the current property-specific documents, rather than relying on an older community fee sheet.

Your HOA & CC&R packet

Ask Crystal to coordinate the current recorded CC&Rs and amendments, rules, budget, reserve information, assessments and disclosures for the property. For a Mountain Lodge, confirm whether additional association documents and dues apply.

The complete current CC&R packet has not been verified as publicly downloadable. Use the request link below to start a property-specific inquiry.

What should I confirm before making an offer?

Confirm all assessments, membership costs, transfer requirements, pending special assessments, maintenance responsibilities and any use or rental restrictions for the specific property.

Does owning a home automatically provide golf access?

The club lists Homestead and Golf membership categories with different privileges. Obtain written confirmation of the membership attached to the transaction and the requirements for golf access.

What if I want to build or remodel?

Request the current design standards and review process, then confirm the applicable county permits and approvals. Existing plans or a seller’s description do not establish that all approvals are complete.
